You can typically expect 2-5 messages per service appointment (booking confirmation, technician ETA, on-the-way notification, completion confirmation, and a follow-up review request). If you’ve opted into recurring communications such as maintenance reminders or promotional offers, you may receive up to 4 additional messages per month. We do not message customers between 9 PM and 9 AM local time except in cases of emergency service follow-up.
