In Service and Install roles, you will work directly with homeowners, diagnosing problems and delivering hands-on results in plumbing and air conditioning.

As a Comfort Advisor, you will run pre-set in-home appointments and help families choose the right system. No cold calling.

In Customer Service and Dispatch, you are the first voice a homeowner hears, setting the tone and keeping the trucks moving.

In Office and Support roles, you will run the accounting, marketing and operations behind a 17-vehicle fleet and four Miami locations.

Plumbers & HVAC technicians:

At Sunny Bliss, a licensed technician who takes care of customers can turn skill into a serious income. You will not be chasing leads. Our customers already need help. You step in as the trusted expert, explain the fix in plain language, earn the work, and complete it yourself.

With weekly pay, paid training, performance bonuses and year-round work, you get everything you need to succeed. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians earn $55–65 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

For someone who is competitive, self-driven and willing to work with both people and tools, this is more than a paycheck. It is ownership of your results and a long-term career in a trade that Miami will always need.

Training is never an afterthought at Sunny Bliss. New technicians ride along with a lead before running their own calls, and everyone gets hands-on time with the equipment we actually install, from Trane high-efficiency systems to sewer camera inspections.

Miami is a year-round market. The work does not slow down in winter, and neither does the learning. Between plumbing, air conditioning, sewer work and leak detection there is always another skill to add and another way to raise your number.

Sunny Bliss from day 1

Sunny Bliss traces its roots to 1990 through Flow-Tech Air Conditioning, one of the longest-running HVAC names in South Florida. Today we run plumbing and air conditioning out of our headquarters on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, with locations in Pinecrest, Aventura and Hialeah.

We are a licensed Florida plumbing and air conditioning contractor (CFC1433145, CAC1823405) with a 17-vehicle fleet serving homeowners across Miami-Dade and Broward.

Through all of it, the focus has stayed the same: show up on time, do the job right, and treat every homeowner with respect. Our goal is not to be the biggest company in Miami. It is to be the one people call back.

Meet Mehdi

Mehdi Khachani is the founder and CEO of Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air. An engineer by training with an MBA from Wharton, he holds Florida licenses as a general contractor and as a plumbing and air conditioning contractor, and he runs the company on clear numbers, clear expectations and a simple rule: take care of the customer, and take care of the people who take care of the customer.

When he is not at Sunny Bliss you will find him building the other businesses in the JMK family, or somewhere between Lincoln Road and the water.
