Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air started in 1990 as a small family plumbing shop with one truck and one promise — do honest work at a fair price. Thirty-five years later, we’re still family-owned, still based in Miami Beach, and still showing up the same way: on time, in uniform, with a flat-rate quote before any tool comes out of the kit.
What started as residential air conditioning company original by Mario Perez as Flow-Tech Air Conditioning has grown into a full-service home comfort company across Miami-Dade and Broward under the Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air brand — plumbing, AC repair and installation, drain and sewer, water heaters, hydro jetting, water filtration, gas lines, and 24/7 emergency response. We’re licensed (CFC1433145, CAC1823405), insured, and proudly the 2025 Miami-Dade Gold winner for Best HVAC & Plumbing Company.
