These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website sunnybliss.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide, including our text messaging program. By using our Site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Who We Are

Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is a family-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving Miami-Dade and Broward Counties since 1990.

2. Our Services

The Site provides information about our plumbing and air conditioning services and allows you to request quotes, schedule appointments, and contact us. All service work is subject to a separate written estimate, proposal, or service agreement provided before work begins. Information on the Site — including pricing examples, promotions, and financing offers — is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Estimates, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and may be revised after an on-site evaluation. Promotional offers (including financing promotions) are subject to eligibility, credit approval where applicable, and the specific terms presented at the time of the offer. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith; if we need to reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible. Payment terms are stated on your invoice or service agreement.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air text messaging program (the “SMS Program”).

Program description. The SMS Program delivers text messages related to our plumbing and HVAC services, including: responses to quote requests and service inquiries (including inquiries submitted through our website or through our advertisements on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), appointment confirmations and scheduling, technician dispatch and ETA notifications, job status and completion updates, follow-ups on estimates, review requests, service and maintenance reminders (if opted in), and occasional promotional offers (if opted in). Some messages may be initiated or handled by automated technology, including AI-powered assistants, on our behalf.

Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages from Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air when you: (a) provide your phone number and check a consent box or submit a form on our website; (b) submit your phone number through one of our lead forms on a third-party platform such as Facebook or Instagram; (c) verbally agree to receive texts when scheduling service with us; or (d) text us first or reply to confirm sign-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request. You can typically expect 2–5 messages per service appointment, and up to 4 additional messages per month if you have opted in to recurring reminders or promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Rates depend on your mobile carrier and plan; contact your carrier for details.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time. You may also opt out by emailing info@sunnybliss.com or calling (305) 504-6091.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Eligibility. The SMS Program is intended for users in the United States who are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our communication channels to transmit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious content; to interfere with the Site’s operation; or to misrepresent your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos — is the property of Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the Site. Nothing in this section limits the warranties, if any, stated in a written service agreement for work we perform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or the SMS Program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms affects the terms of any written service agreement between you and us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or the SMS Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
