Why is water dripping from my AC vent or pooling near the air handler?
Almost always a clogged condensate drain — and it’s the single most common AC problem we see in Miami. Your AC pulls a stunning amount of moisture out of the air (sometimes 5+ gallons a day in August), and that water drains out through a small PVC line. Mold, algae, and dust love the inside of that line. Once it clogs, water backs up — first into the safety pan, then through your ceiling if the air handler is in the attic. How often should I really change my AC filter in Miami?

Manufacturer warranties on Trane, Lennox, Carrier, and Mitsubishi are only valid when the unit is sold and installed by a licensed dealer for that brand — buying online voids the parts warranty entirely.
